Laird Norton began in 1855 as a frontier logging operation in the Midwest and has evolved into one of the longest-standing family companies in the United States. Working together for a greater impact
We partnered with Spectrum Development Solutions to develop two innovative multifamily projects: a workforce housing project—Orenda—in Seattle, WA, and a student housing project—Stateside—in Bellingham, WA. Community outreach was a key part of the success of both these projects.
Lanoga
Over more than 40 years under Laird Norton Company’s ownership, this lumber and building materials distribution business evolved to become the nation’s third-largest professional building materials dealer. When LNC sold the company in 2006 to Fidelity Capital, it had revenues of over $3 billion from six divisions in 320 locations across 24 states.
