Our Approach to Real Estate
We invest directly in multifamily, office, and industrial assets with a focus on stabilized cash flow as well as retail and industrial absolute triple net (NNN) portfolios. We also invest in value-added and ground-up industrial and multifamily developments, including market rate, workforce, and student housing.
We focus on investing in the Western United States, with a preference for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado.
Our investments vary across asset and product types but typically range from $2 to $20 million.
Our flexible, patient capital enables us to invest long-term when it is beneficial as well as harvest value and redeploy when it makes sense.

Stateside Bridges Local Community
We strive to support the wellness of people, the environment, and communities through our investments. Stateside, a student housing development project in Bellingham, WA, represented an opportunity for us to create value within the greater community and promote engagement between the downtown corridor of Bellingham and the main college campus of Western Washington University. Working closely with residents and university leaders, we integrated a student hub that allowed students to connect with local non-profits and volunteer opportunities. Stateside is a shining example of our commitment to build profitable investments that also create more vibrant communities.
