Andy Dale joined the Laird Norton Company Board in 2023. For two decades he has served as Managing Partner of Seattle based Montlake Capital LLC, a Pacific Northwest private equity investor.  He is an Eagle Scout, attended Seattle’s Montlake elementary school and graduated from Roosevelt High School, Harvard College, and the Harvard Business School. He started his career in mergers and acquisitions and served as an entrepreneur in a successful venture-backed software business. 

Dale has served as board member in banking, financial services, consumer, software, healthcare, industrial and other industries. For ten years he served Coastal Community Bank as board member, and as a member of the executive committee, audit committee and designated IPO financial expert.  He currently serves boards in the road construction, plumbing, heavy equipment dealer, human resource, home healthcare industries and the Roosevelt High School Foundation.
