Over the past twenty years, April has been involved with the business, family, and philanthropic sides of Laird Norton Company. She served as an Associate Director on the LNC Board from 2016-2018 and on the 2012 Long Range Planning committee, among other roles. Currently, she leads the Governance Committee of the Family Council Committee and is a member of the Watershed FAC. April has experience in corporate and non-profit settings, including a career with Target and leadership in arts management. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
