Bill Driscoll is President of the Tacoma Venture Fund and serves as CEO and Chairman of Clearwater Management Company, a registered investment advisor. Additionally, Bill is the managing partner at Lincoln Park Partners, a private wealth management company, and sits on the board of PotlatchDeltic (NASDAQ), chairing both its Nominating and Governance Committees.

Bill serves on the Tacoma Art Museum Board and on the finance and investment committees of Annie Wright School. Bill’s wife, Lisa - a Seattle native, is a professor of Urban Studies at the University of Washington Tacoma. They have a 16-year-old son, John Saul, and a 13-year-old daughter, Anna. The Driscoll family lives in Tacoma, Washington, along with three dogs and two cats.
