During her 10 years on the LNC board, Laura Jennings has applied her background in technology and venture capital to the compensation, audit, and leadership transition committees. An Illinois native, Jennings attended the University of Illinois and Northwestern University before Microsoft transplanted her to the Seattle area.

Jennings previously served on the Laird Norton Wealth Management board for 18 years and has extensive technology startup and nonprofit board experience, the latter including Seattle Children’s Hospital, Washington State University, and the local and national boards of the YWCA. Jennings recently sold the ecommerce company she founded in 2015 and is seeking her next adventure.
