Loria Yeadon joined the Board of the Laird Norton Company as an independent Director in 2020, and she currently serves as Chair of its Governance Committee.  Loria is President and CEO of YMCA of Greater Seattle and the first woman and the first person of color to serve in this role in its 147-year history. She is an electrical engineer and a patent attorney by trade and training, and she is an accomplished nonprofit and corporate executive with more than 35 years of experience leading high-performing teams, managing profit and loss statements, and serving the community.

Loria champions and advocates for equity and justice for all, especially youth and families in foster and underserved communities. Previously, she served as a board member of TiVo Corporation, StolenYouth and Girl Scouts of the USA, and a trustee of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Virginia.
