Filipp Polyakov joined Laird Norton Properties in 2019 and manages operational and administrative programs for the national industrial portfolio including leasing, maintenance, roof/site inspections, and coordinating property dispositions. Filipp also contributes to company growth through market research & analysis to identify new investment opportunities for Laird Norton Properties.

Filipp was previously an LNP Real Estate Accountant before being promoted to the real estate team in 2022. Prior to Laird Norton Properties, Filipp worked for two reputable real estate investment firms: Unico Properties as a Property Accountant and Bentall Kennedy as a Fund Accountant.
