Graham Eccles, Portfolio and Investment Manager, joined Laird Norton Properties in 2024 with 12 years of expertise in commercial real estate management, underwriting, and debt placement. In his current role, Graham collaborates with the LNP President to manage and grow Laird Norton Company's real estate investments, aligning with long-range objectives, risk profile, and cash flow needs. He supports the President analytically and strategically across all assets, focusing on the commercial real estate portfolio. 

Previously, Graham was an Executive Director at Wells Fargo Real Estate Bank in Seattle, where he managed relationships with developers, closed large debt transactions across various asset types, assessed portfolio risks, and provided local market insights. He also worked as an Asset Resolution Specialist, handling the bank's troubled real estate debt portfolio, particularly underwater commercial office loans.

Graham was born in South Africa and spent his youth in Texas before moving to Seattle in high school. Graham is married with two young children (and three dogs) and enjoys camping, cooking, and working on his hobby farm. Graham received his BS from Seattle University with a major in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
