Mercer Peek joined Laird Norton Company in May 2025 as a Business Analyst. She supports the Corporate Development team in developing investment theses, evaluating new opportunities, and monitoring portfolio company performance. She also collaborates with the CFO on the company’s financial operating model and annual financial summary and coordinates ongoing efforts to improve business processes and operations.

Mercer graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2023 with a Master’s in International Business. Prior to joining LNC, she worked as a Sr. Investment Analyst for private markets at the Alfred I duPont Charitable Trust. Outside of the office, Mercer loves long walks, reading, skiing, live music, and crossword puzzles.
