Trevor Parris
Chief Financial Officer
Trevor Parris joined Laird Norton Company as CFO in 2023 bringing over 20 years of experience driving transformative growth while continuously improving financial management. As CFO, he has oversight of the company’s financial performance and works as a strategic partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive and participate in key financial decisions. Trevor has oversight of the company’s accounting, finance, tax, and administrative functions as well as sitting on the LNW board.
Prior to joining LNC, Trevor was the VP, Finance & Treasurer at Saltchuk Resources, a highly acquisitive transportation and energy conglomerate, that grew significantly over the last decade. During that time, Trevor’s duties expanded from executing Saltchuk’s acquisition-based growth strategy to capital allocation & strategy, financial planning, financing, treasury operations, and financial risk management. He began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and also spent several years in private equity at Freeman Spogli.
Trevor has an MBA from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, and studied Science & Management at Claremont McKenna College. He grew up in the Seattle area, where he now lives with his wife and 2 children. In his free time, he likes to enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer outdoors whether it is coaching his kids’ sports, hiking, biking, golfing, or finding reasons to be on a lake. Trevor is also passionate about education and serves on the Board of the St. Thomas School and formerly on The Lakeside School Alumni Board.
