Yuliy Makhovitskiy joined Laird Norton Properties in 2022 as a Real Estate Accountant. Yuliy is responsible for reviewing and maintaining financial reporting from third-party property accountants on the commercial office, commercial condo associations, and multi-family development teams.

Yuliy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington Milgard School of Business.
